0 senyumlah kerana ada seseorang yang menyayangimu..

lama termenung dpan skrin ni berfikir idea mencoretkan sesuatu ntuk dikongsi bersma2. tatkala berurusan dengan kaunter2 perkhidmatan awam mesti ada sahaja yg tidak berpuas hati dgn layanan yg diterima. mungkin kerana ketidakmesraan sesetengah penjaga kaunter sendiri. sy pun pernah gak merasainya. ada sesetngah tu layan kita endah x endah je padahal kita la pelanggan dia apa slhnye hulurkan senyuman. xnk berbual pun xpela. asalkan senyuman tu lekat. org lain tgk pun senang hati.

sy pun xphm knape sesetengah org susah sgt nk hulurkan senyuman. org ckp senyum tu kan sedekah. dpt pahala kan... baru2 ni adala sy berurusan dgn satu kaunter ni bkn nk meluahkan rasa hati tp rs sedikit terkilan bila customer service tidak d utamakan. bknkah pelanggan merupakan aset penting dlm ssesebuah syarikat. so kna la bg high level of customer satisfaction kan.. jd pesanan sy ntuk mereka yg bekerja di kaunter xpun yg sentiasa berhadapan dgn pelanggan tu senyumlah selalu, ianya sudah ckup menampakkan kemesraan anda... mana la tau lau ada yg single mingle tu bleh lekat 1.. hahahaha.. tetiba mcm lari topik plak.. okla sume.. take care n see on u on next post... ;p
